**Prokonzept** is a company that develops a sales support software solution “EVA Finance” for German credit brokers and real estate agents, consisting of a customer relationship management tool and a credit instruction module. The technology company, founded in 2001, is based in Berg, near Ravensburg in the southwestern German region of Baden-Württemberg. The company currently has 7 internal and external employees.

**This acquisition** represents for the Kereis group in Germany a cross-selling opportunity in loan insurance, based on the successful development model already in place in France between Alto Informatique and iAssure.

This transaction **strengthens** the Group’s software publishing division, which already includes Alto, Minalea and Kereis Technologie.

As with the acquisition of Minalea, **this transaction is in line with our strategic priorities**, which are to digitalize our services and strengthen our direct and wholesale distribution capabilities in order to gradually cover the entire life and health insurance brokerage ecosystem.
