At Kereis, team cohesion isn’t mandated, it’s experienced daily. Our year-end celebrations are the perfect illustration, with events organised across our various subsidiaries:

🇫🇷 **France**: From Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine to Biot, via Rennes, Nantes, Jarnac and Lille

🇪🇸 **Spain**: Barcelona with its “The Great Gatsby – 1920s Night” evening

🇮🇹 **Italy**: Milan and its Christmas Contest bringing together 80 employees

🇩🇪 **Germany**: Düsseldorf with the traditional Japan-Tag

🇧🇪 **Belgium**: Beaufays and its Christmas decoration competition

This European presence demonstrates our ambition: to be a major player in insurance brokerage on an international scale, whilst maintaining proximity with our teams.

**Proximity at the Heart of Our Events**

### **Milan: When Cinema Meets Christmas**

On 9 December 2025, our 80 Italian colleagues gathered around an original theme: “Cinema and Christmas”. On the agenda: quiz, Kereis Oscars awards ceremony and authentic sharing moments. This celebration perfectly illustrates our ability to create events that unite and bring people together.

### **Barcelona: A Gatsby Evening to Reward Excellence**

On 18 December, our Spanish teams travelled back to the 1920s during a spectacular evening. Highlight: the presentation of four awards embodying our core values (boldness, proximity, agility, excellence), accompanied by a live jazz band. A concrete way to recognise the commitment of our employees.

### **Düsseldorf: Opening Up to Families and Partners**

Our German teams organised a unique event: Japan-Tag, Düsseldorf’s traditional annual event. Special feature? The invitation of families and our partner ACM Deutschland AG, thereby strengthening professional and personal bonds around spectacular fireworks on the Rhine.

**Commitment: Much More Than Celebrations**

### **CERAP Rennes: Community Engagement**

On 5 January 2026, our 40 CERAP colleagues transformed the traditional Galette des Rois into a charitable action. For each galette purchased, €1 was donated to the Fondation du Patrimoine de Bretagne to restore Rennes’ Odorico mosaics. An initiative that proves celebration and societal commitment can go hand in hand.

### **Saint-Herblain: 400 Employees United**

On 15 January 2026, nearly 400 employees gathered for the New Year wishes ceremony themed around Cinema. This original staging posed the question: “Which film for Kereis?”. A creative way to collectively project our ambitions for 2026.

**Team Well-being: Our Daily Priority**

Each event was designed to foster exchanges and strengthen bonds:

**Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine**: team seminar with round tables on AI and cinema dubbing workshop

**Jarnac**: cookery classes and cocktail workshop for our ASSFI team

**Belgium**: Christmas decoration competition between the various Belgian offices

**Rennes**: presentation of 2025 achievements and 2026 prospects over a cocktail lunch for Kereis Solutions

These convivial moments are not anecdotal: they constitute the foundation of our corporate culture and strengthen Kereis team cohesion on a daily basis.
