Its strategy, focused on the digitalisation and diversification of its offers and distribution channels, has allowed it to post steady turnover growth, reaching 307 million euros in 2020.
A European Group in full development
With 2,000 professionals, Kereis now manages nearly 15 million life insurance contracts in Europe and more than one in every four mortgage insurance agreements in France.
The Group, a European multi-channel broker in personal insurance and financing solutions, structures its activities around four main areas:
- Life insurance and management solutions brokerage with Cbp in France, being a leader in its market, having subsidiaries in Italy, Spain and Germany.
- Services and wholesale brokerage activities with iAssure as well as Kereis Formation (formerly IFCM).
- Publishing software in the fields of life insurance, property and artificial intelligence solutions dedicated to insurance distribution, thanks to Kereis Technologies, Alto Informatique and Minalea.
- Credit brokerage, thanks to leading players such as Empruntis, Immoloan, Ace Credit and iRegroup, a specialist in credit pooling.

The Group’s priorities focus on accelerating its digital investments and strengthening its direct and wholesale distribution capacities, in order to cover the entire scope of insurance and health brokerage. In 2021, the Group launched the first life insurance marketplace dedicated to self-employed workers with iAssure.
It will begin to market insurance offers in the field of health starting in early 2022. Kereis has also increased its digital investments by 50% over the past three years, reaching €30 million in 2021. It has posted an average growth in its turnover of +8% per year over the last four years.
To better reflect its purpose and goals, the Group is changing its brand identity to Kereis
This name was designed to reflect the two main activities of the Group. Built around the Anglo-Saxon-verb “Care”, which means “protect”, it first evokes the group’s historical speciality: life insurance. Kereis also echoes the Breton word “Ker”, which means habitat. This name is therefore faithful to the roots of the Group, created in Nantes thirty years ago, and recalls the importance of the property sector for the Group, which is a key player in the world of property loans in France.
