Prokonzept was acquired in 2021. This German company develops a **sales support software solution** called “EVA Finance”, which is marketed at credit insurance brokers and estate agents. The software comprises a customer relations management tool and a credit instruction module. Established in 2001, this technology company is located in Berg, near Ravensburg, in the southwest German region of Baden-Württemberg.

Prokonzept, which currently has 7 internal and external employees, strengthens the capacities of Kereis Deutschland in credit risk insurance, based on the successful development model already in place in France between Alto Informatique and iAssure. EVA Finance also strengthens the Group’s software publishing division**, in line with our ambition to digitalise our services**.
