This acquisition complements the activities of Cegema and iAssure, the Kereis group’s wholesale distribution subsidiaries specializing in life & health insurance.
It enables us to offer brokers a complete range of solutions covering :

- life insurance for self-employed workers,
- individual health,
- expatriate health,
- property and casualty insurance for individuals and businesses.
Novélia’s entry into the Kereis group is a key step in the growth strategy of our wholesale distribution division, which will bring together nearly 5,000 active brokers and generate over 150,000 new business cases, for a turnover of more than 90 million euros.
This acquisition is also accompanied by long-term partnerships with Suravenir, notably in loan insurance.
