An expanding Group, with a human side
At the Kereis Group, we are expanding all of our life insurance brokerage activities by growing our portfolios and by buying out companies specialised in this domain. We are also focusing on developing our technologies, as well as our personal insurance consultancy and credit insurance consultancy activities. We are therefore looking for new talented individuals to share this adventure with us.
However, our Group of 1 650 employees still has a human side, offering every employee the chance to hone their skills and to grow by acquiring new skills through training and professional development.
-
200 permanent contract and fixed-term contract recruitments made by the Group
-
7 days of training per employee
-
20% of employees working in digital activities
-

Working for Kereis means joining a Group that has a well-being and inclusion policy in place
The Kereis Group also deploys a well-being and inclusion policy for the benefit of its employees.
Well-being includes a successful balance between work and personal life. Offering flexible hours to suit individual needs, as well as the option to work from home within our different companies based on formulas adapted to our activities, contributes to this balance.
We recruit, nurture and promote the inclusion of employees with diverse profiles as we believe that the richness of our Group is the result of this diversity.
We also want to employ more women in digital activities. Our actions to promote professional equality have enabled us to obtain the following index in terms of our Unité Économique et Sociale.
Global gender equality index: 92/100
