Founded in 2001 by Raoul Gauthier, RGF is a Belgian broker offering tailor-made solutions to its customers in terms of protection, pension, life and property insurance.

In 2022, RGF Group posted sales of €14.5m, up 15% compare to the previous year.

RGF has a strong presence in the medical professions, as does Valorielles in France, another subsidiary of Kereis Group. RGF Group also advises a clientele of company directors and self-employed professionals (in particular lawyers and notaries).

RGF Group has cultivated and developed its specialist positioning to become one of the leading brokers in the Belgian market in just a few years. Its teams are made up of around a hundred experienced specialists, including 50 sales staff based in Wallonia, with 12 branches in Brussels, Liège, Namur, Embourg, Ciney, Beaufays, Verviers, Marche and soon Lasne.

With this latest acquisition, Kereis Group is pursuing its strategy of international expansion and strengthening its life and health insurance distribution capabilities. Kereis subsidiaries are present in Italy, Germany, Spain, Portugal and now Belgium, with sales outside France expected to reach €39m by 2022.

Raoul Gauthier will continue to lead RGF, alongside his management team and Kereis’ international teams, to accelerate its growth trajectory in the Belgian market, including through acquisitions.
