IT Support Technician

Main point of contact for all internal users, the IT Support Technician implements the process for dealing with requests, incidents and other IT issues. The IT Support Technician therefore receives requests, processes them, provides support and technical assistance in the event of a malfunction and resolves incidents. If you like working with different operating systems and spending time investigating problems, this could be the job for you.
