Founded more than 20 years ago, Valorielles focuses its activity on two complementary hubs:
- Its brokerage hub offering savings and social protection products under the “Médical Conseil” brands, specialising in the medical professions, and “Optima Conseil”, dedicated to other liberal professions and industry leaders.
- Its consultancy hub offers retirement assessments, retirement strategies and help with pension calculations, in particular using its well-known “Optimaretraite” proprietary tool.
The Kereis Group sees this acquisition as an opportunity to expand its life insurance and retirement planning offers and services for self-employed workers.
After acquiring Exper in October 2021, and Entalia last July, this third acquisition in the domain of social protection is in line with Kereis’ strategy and enables Kereis to strengthen its life insurance and retirement planning offers and services for self-employed workers.
