The Group is managed by an executive committee comprising experienced professionals with a financial services background, and with varied and complementary profiles.
Anne-Sophie Grouchka has been President of the Kereis Group since March 2026. With over 15 years’ experience in the insurance sector, she has held several executive positions within the Allianz Group and notably led the insurtech company Solvd Group. A graduate of École Normale Supérieure (Ulm) and Sciences Po Paris, she holds various academic degrees in German studies and economics.
Kereis Chief Human Resources, Communications and CSR Officer
Myriam joined the group in May 2019. She has practised in various areas of human resources management within financial services groups (Crédit Agricole, Aviva). She is the Group’s Director of Human Resources, Communications and CSR. Myriam completed a 2-year master’s degree in HR and social politics at the Sorbonne and received the “women on board” certificate from the ESSEC business school. Following a career in transaction services and having served for five years as Chief Financial Officer of a European leader in security, Thomas joined the Group in May 2019 as Chief Financial Officer for the Group’s insurance activities. In November 2021, he was promoted to Group Chief Financial Officer. He is an Arts et Métiers graduate and has a Specialised Masters from HEC. When not immersed in numbers, Thomas divides his free time between land and sea, between golf and sailing.
Kereis Director of External Growth and Investor Relations
Vanessa joined the group in February 2021. She began her career in 1999 in mergers and acquisitions at the Morgan Stanley merchant bank in the financial institutions field. In 2012, she joined Klépierre, and in 2018 became Director of Investments for Apsys, a land development company. Vanessa is a graduate of HEC.
Frank joined the group in February 2020. He graduated from EM Normandie and was previously Marketing & Products Director, before working in Personal Insurance Brokerage at Aviva France. Frank manages the Group’s direct brokerage activities. He is a sports enthusiast and enjoys running, golf, skiing and swimming.
Kereis Managing Director, President of Kereis France
Stéphane joined Crédit Agricole’s National Federation in 1991. In 1995, he took over business relations with insurers and the regional branches. He joined Bessé in 1999 to participate in the development of credit risk insurance brokerage activities. In 2010, he became Commercial Director of Kereis France, then General Manager in 2017, before being appointed President of Kereis France in June 2020. He is a graduate of the Institut des Assurances de Bordeaux.

Yann joined the Group in March 2024 as Managing Director of Kereis, in charge of wholesale brokerage activities. A graduate of Audencia, he began his career in the insurance sector as a P&C inspector with MMA Assurance, before joining Allianz as a general agent, then the AEMA Group, as Managing Director of Apivia Courtage. An avid motorcycle road-tripper, Yann also enjoys hiking in the mountains and playing padel.
Kereis Managing Director – Chief Operating Officer
Sébastien joined the Group in May 2024, with responsibility for Operations, IT and Transformation, both in France and internationally. A graduate of ESSEC business school, he began his career with Capgemini, before moving on to Société Générale, then Malakoff Humanis as Director of Insurance Operations. More recently, he was Director of Transformation and Technology at SCC. Having played soccer for many years, he now frequents sports halls and trails.
Pierre-Emmanuel joined the Group in January 2025 as Chief Information Officer. A graduate of IAE and ESSEC business schools, he had been CIO Distribution and Data/IA at BPCE Solutions Informatiques since 2023. He began his career in 2001 as a Consultant at Cap Gemini, before joining the BPCE Group in 2007, where he held a number of positions, including Director of Software Development for Banques Populaires and Director of the BPCE Group’s Digital and Data Factory. Pierre Emmanuel is passionate about sport and literature, with a particular fondness for science fiction.
Group Marketing and Communications Director, Ça assure and Kereis Formation
Carine is the Chair of Ça assure and Kereis Formation and heads up the group’s marketing and communications. With a wealth of experience at Société Générale at AXA, in digital transformation, marketing and customer experience functions, as well as at DG Empruntis, she is a graduate of Kedge Business School and Celsa. Passionate about new technologies and literature, she writes science fiction novels in her spare time.
Charles joined the Group in 2017. After starting his career at Société Générale, he joined the Auto Credit at CGI where he ran two financial partnership companies. He then created Santander in France. In 2009, he joined La Macif, where he notably headed the networks in the Ile-de-France region. Charles is a Sciences Po graduate and holds a master’s degree in philosophy.
Alexandre joined the Group in January 2023. After training in sales, he held the position of Sales Director at brokerage firm CGRM, before being promoted to Managing Director. A keen sportsman, he plays tennis and padel.
Stéphane is co-founder and CEO of Minalea. During his career, Stéphane started his career with the Banque Populaire group, then with Ineas, a pioneer in online insurance in Europe, and then with the Axa group. He co-founded Minalea in 2015. He is a graduate of Sciences Po and has a Masters in Business Administration. He is an avid skier, cyclist, trail runner and mountain hiker.
Sandra joined the group in January 2020. She began her career in 2005 as a lawyer at Linklaters law firm specialising in mergers and acquisitions. She subsequently transitioned to the corporate sector, joining notably the legal department of Alten, and then Sephora as Legal Manager. Sandra holds the French Bar qualification (CAPA), graduated from ESCP Europe and holds a postgraduate degree in Business Law (DESS Juriste d’affaires) from Jean Monnet Faculty (Paris XI). An epicurean at heart, she cultivates a passion for gastronomy and sharing convivial moments around the table.
