Kereis continues to expand its distribution capabilities with the acquisition of a majority stake in the brokerage company ASSfi.
This new operation allows the Group to develop additional expertise in the field of special risk coverage in loan insurance.
Founded in 1990 and located in Angoulême, ASSfi provides nationwide support to borrowers looking for alternative solutions adapted to their profile, thanks to more than twenty partnerships with insurance companies.
The team of specialised advisors provides expertise on the AERAS convention reference grid and on the right to forget, and enables its clients to benefit from better insurance cover and a reduction in administrative procedures.
This is the third acquisition of Kereis this year, after the insurtech Minalea and the brokerage company EXPER, which specialises in social protection and asset management advice for non-salaried workers.
Valentine Dussagne, President of ASSfi, said: “I am delighted to join a group like Kereis. It is a real recognition of the work accomplished by the team over the last 14 years, which has enabled us to acquire a reputation in the field of loan insurance brokerage in France as a specialist in substandard risk. Our sector is evolving rapidly and the support of Kereis will open up another dimension of development for ASSfi, a small business based in Angoulême, while maintaining its proximity and ability to listen to its clients. Above all, Kereis is a human group with values similar to those of ASSfi.”
Philippe Gravier, President of Kereis, said: “We are very pleased that ASSfi is joining the Kereis Group. Valentine Dussagne and her teams will strengthen our expertise in the field of special risks in loan insurance. ASSfi will benefit from the full support of Kereis Retail, Cbp and iAssure to continue to develop its business to serve the specific needs of its clients.”
