Change in governance

A smooth transition to accelerate the development of the Kereis Group!

Corporate

As of March 9, 2026, our governance will change:

  • Philippe Gravier, Chairman since April 2019, will become Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board and a member of its Investment Committee
  • Anne-Sophie Grouchka will become Chairwoman of Kereis, replacing Philippe Gravier on the same date.
  • A recognized figure in insurance and insurtech, Anne-Sophie Grouchka brings solid expertise in structuring technology platforms and distribution and service ecosystems, as well as in steering growth strategies in France and internationally.

We have undergone a profound transformation over the past seven years:

  • Doubling of revenue to over €400 million
  • Diversification of its expertise (business risks, health, group insurance, property and casualty), with organic growth of more than 10% in 2025 for both its direct brokerage activities for businesses and its wholesale brokerage activities, which account for half of the group’s revenue
  • Doubling of the number of individual loan insurance contracts under management since 2019

This transition is in line with our growth and diversification strategy, with the aim of strengthening our position as the leading multi-product, multi-channel B2B broker in France.
