Corporate Social Responsibility: Kereis 4 Impact in Action!

Commitments / Kereis 4 impact

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is not just a theoretical concept at Kereis. It is a concrete commitment that translates daily into actions with strong social impact. Through our Kereis 4 impact Endowment Fund, we embody our promise: to pave the way for sustainable joint projects that genuinely transform the lives of those who need it most.

Kereis 4 impact: our CSR commitment in figures

Established in April 2023, our Kereis 4 impact Endowment Fund structures our corporate social responsibility approach around four priority areas:

🏥 Health risk prevention
👶 Support for children and student populations
🔬 Medical research
🤝 Social inclusion

In 2025-2026, we are supporting 20 projects across France and Europe, selected from 32 proposals submitted by our employees. This participatory approach illustrates our conviction: corporate social responsibility is built collectively, by involving each employee in creating a positive impact.

Concrete actions that change lives

In recent weeks, Kereis 4 Impact has supported several initiatives.

🎤 With the Apprentis d’Auteuil Foundation – L’Ouvre-Boîte Grenoble

Matthieu Vignoud, Kereis Expertises employee, joined the entrepreneurial projects jury at L’Ouvre-Boîte. 8 young people supported by Apprentis d’Auteuil pitched their projects and received advice and encouragement from experienced professionals.

This moment of caring exchange opens concrete prospects for professional integration. We believe that human support makes all the difference in building successful pathways.

👁️ With the Nicolas Gigot Foundation: Restoring Voice Through Gaze

“I love you”, “I’m afraid”, “I’m here”… These simple words regain their power through technology. Three Tobii devices were donated to Lyon Hospices, Centre Éclore and Vivalia Hospital thanks to Kereis 4 Impact.

This eye-gaze communication technology literally gives back a voice to patients who no longer have the strength to speak. A powerful example of how our corporate social responsibility translates into innovations that restore dignity and human connection.

👶 With Nantes University Hospital – Neonatology: The “Zero Separation” Project

During our New Year’s ceremony in Nantes, Patrice Gueudelot, Nantes University Hospital patronage director, presented the “zero separation” project: 6 parent-child spaces in neonatology to promote bonding and improve the prognosis of premature babies.

Medical research demonstrates that parental presence significantly improves the development of fragile newborns. By supporting this project, we directly contribute to transforming hospital practices towards greater humanity.

💜 With Epilepsia Waves: Raising Awareness for Better Living with Epilepsy

The Epilepsia Waves association is organizing the Epilove festival, an artistic awareness tour about epilepsy launched in February 2025. This initiative stops notably at Nantes University Hospital on March 11th.

By supporting this awareness initiative, we participate in breaking taboos and improving the daily lives of people with epilepsy. Social commitment also involves fighting prejudice.

Through Kereis 4 impact, we embody the solidarity commitment carried by all our employees. Beyond financially supporting projects: we get involved, we accompany, we create genuine connections with associations.
