Acquisition of ProKonzept
Kereis has decided to acquire a majority stake in Prokonzept
Prokonzept is a company that develops a sales support software solution “EVA Finance” for German credit brokers and real estate agents, consisting of a customer relationship management tool and a credit instruction module. The technology company, founded in 2001, is based in Berg, near Ravensburg in the southwestern German region of Baden-Württemberg. The company currently has 7 internal and external employees.
This acquisition represents for the Kereis group in Germany a cross-selling opportunity in loan insurance, based on the successful development model already in place in France between Alto Informatique and iAssure.
This transaction strengthens the Group’s software publishing division, which already includes Alto, Minalea and Kereis Technologie.
As with the acquisition of Minalea, this transaction is in line with our strategic priorities, which are to digitalize our services and strengthen our direct and wholesale distribution capabilities in order to gradually cover the entire life and health insurance brokerage ecosystem.
