As a major insurance brokerage player operating across 7 European countries (France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Germany, Belgium and Austria), we have a particular responsibility in transforming our sector. Launched in 2025, this innovative programme supports our broker partners in integrating CSR into their business models. Free to access and 100% online, it offers training, expert advice and personalised action plans to transform responsible commitment into a commercial differentiation lever.

Facing climate emergency and societal challenges, we take concrete action to reduce our impact and contribute positively to society:

Concrete action plans to reduce our environmental footprint

We implement tangible initiatives to limit our environmental impact: reducing energy consumption, limiting printing, promoting sustainable mobility, and digital clean-up operations.

Collective commitment through Kereis 4 Impact and skills-based sponsorship

Our Kereis 4 Impact endowment fund supports 20 charities in 2025, enabling our employees to engage in community initiatives. Skills-based sponsorship leverages our teams’ expertise for causes close to our hearts.

A culture of engagement that gives meaning to work

CSR engagement strengthens our teams’ pride and gives meaning to their daily work. The European Sustainable Development Weeks mobilise several hundred employees annually across 11 sites in 5 countries.
