QVCT Week 2026 at Kereis
5 days to look after our staff!
From 15 to 19 June 2026, the Kereis Group held its QVCT Week, with a programme designed for everyone across all its sites in France and Europe. Physical activity, mental health, nutrition and team spirit: here’s how our staff turned the week into a real collective effort.
What is QVCT Week?
Quality of Life and Working Conditions Week is an annual national event organised by ANACT and the Ministry of Labour.
For Kereis, this week represents much more than a one-off event. It forms part of a CSR initiative with a clear objective: to provide every employee with simple, sustainable practices to improve their well-being at work.
A programme structured around three pillars 🏃
The CSR France and International committees have devised a programme open to all, centred on three key areas:
- Physical activity: moving around, getting active, taking a break from your work posture
- Combating a sedentary lifestyle: becoming aware of your habits and making changes
- Mental health: learning to unwind, refocus and manage stress
On the Komeet engagement platform, our staff also had access to interactive quizzes on mental health, educational videos on a sedentary lifestyle, and official public health guidelines
Concrete actions at all our European sites 🌍
What sets Kereis’ QVCT 2026 apart is its large-scale roll-out across all the group’s entities. Here are a few concrete examples:
In Nantes, 120 staff members enjoyed seated massages provided by visually impaired massage therapists, and an average of 10 staff members took part in each weekly yoga session (eight sessions in total). A table football tournament also attracted nearly 30 participants.
In Nice (Kereis Solutions and Cegema), an ergonomics specialist raised awareness amongst 100 staff members about good postural practices, and 40 staff members took part in seated yoga sessions. A team of 17 participants was formed for the Odysséa challenge.
In Rennes (Kereis Solutions), weekly fruit baskets, walks with picnics, seated massages and sophrology sessions were a regular feature throughout June.
In Rennes (CERAP), a community clean-up along the banks of the Vilaine, a session of chair massage and a reminder of good posture at the workplace.
In Barcelona (Kereis Iberia), 100 staff members took part in the QVCT initiatives. Highlights included a healthy brunch focusing on balanced nutrition, an introduction to paddleboarding in the Mediterranean with 15 participants representing eight different departments, and a webinar by the Umivale School of Health on diet and hydration.
In Milan (Kereis Italia), a walking challenge involved 37 staff members divided into nine teams (a total of 663,294 steps). A dermatological screening programme examined 43 staff members, and a webinar on addictive behaviours attracted 31 participants.
In Düsseldorf (Kereis Deutschland) and Paris (Kereis), a convivial brunch brought together around fifteen staff members, each of whom helped with the preparation and decoration.
In Belgium (RGF), a reminder of good posture at work and the distribution of fruit baskets.
QVCT: a commitment that lasts beyond a single week 💚
These five days perfectly illustrate what Kereis stands for: putting people at the heart of everything. Wellbeing at work, ergonomics, stress management and team cohesion are not just boxes to tick once a year. They are drivers of sustainable performance, which we actively promote throughout the year.
The 2026 QVCT Week demonstrated that a healthy working environment is built collectively, through kindness, curiosity and a desire to do better together.
